TECHNICAL SUPPORT


AIOS PREP SYSTEMS provides ongoing customer and technical support for all of our manufactured products. Whether you have questions about operating your equipment or are in need of an emergency repair, our trained customer service technicians are available to address any questions/concerns you may have.

 


Returning Parts
All goods to be returned for credit or exchange must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization form. Contact  to us, request a form.
Goods are subject to a 30% handling charge.

Special non-stock items are accepted only with the approval of our suppliers, and are subject to additional handling and restocking charges.

Availability
All our prep stations are new and manufactured depending on the requirement of each client, so you are suggested to contact to establish
a project according to your needs.

Operation and Maintenance Manuals
Our prep stations includes an electronic copy of the Operation & Maintenance manual with each job. You may purchase additional
electronic or printed manuals by contacting Technical Support.

We can also help you with:
-    Installation questions
-    Arranging an installation
-    Arranging a service call
-    Undelivered parts or other shipment issues

To ensure the fastest service possible, please provide as much information as possible to our technical support representatives.
Model numbers, serial numbers, part numbers, sales order numbers, purchase order numbers and drawing numbers can be helpful.
